Who is Windwerks? Windwerks was started in Tasmania in 1992 by Kim and Peter Eastman. Now operates out of Northern Rivers, near Mt Warning NSW by owner/operators Cas Hall & Andy Glaser. You can find out a lot more about who we are and why and how we do what we do by viewing our About Us page.
+ How does the ordering process work?
Once you have made your selections and progressed to the check out you will be offered several payment options to choose from. Once you have finalised the check out process you will receive an e-mail from us detailing your purchases and confirming that your order will be dispatched. Orders will be despatched twice a week.
+ What are your payment options?
We happily accept several payment methods including Paypal & Credit cards, direct deposit, cheque or money order. You'll be given an option to choose the appropriate payment method when you check out. If you choose to pay by credit card your transaction will be conducted via Paypal, however no Paypal account is required for credit card purchases – just follow the credit card prompts. If you choose the manual option of payment, including direct deposit, cheque, money order, we will provide you with further instructions via email (ie, our bank details, postal address, etc.) following completion of the ordering process. NO CREDIT Cards over the Phone.
+ Is your site secure?
Yes, we have taken a number of combative steps to give our online clients a safe and secure environment. Your given information for the purchase of your products, contacting us, and signing up to our e/newsletters is strictly used for the given purpose and under no circumstance sold onto third parties.
+ How do you ship orders within Australia and how long does it take for me to receive my order?
We use Australia Post for our deliveries with most orders shipped by Australia Post tracking system. This service can take approximately 7 working days for delivery and sometimes may requires that you sign when receiving the goods. Orders are only dispatched 2 Days a week, usually Mondays & Wednesdays.
+ Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we now ship to countries other than Australia. The Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax) is NOT payable on overseas orders. When you submit your order, the GST will be deducted from your final amount. International orders will be sent by registered post, which requires a signature upon receipt of goods. Delivery time will vary but as a general rule you should allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. (see Shipping)

Generally I'm in the Office Mondays & Wednesdays, between 9.30am & 3.15pm. Please leave a detailed message on the answer machine, if I'm not available to take your call, and I will get back to you. Most importantly clearly state your name & phone number. Note I DO NOT have a Shop - online only.
