How does the ordering process work?

Once you have made your selections and progressed to the checkout you will be offered several payment options to choose from. Once you have finalised the checkout process you will receive an email from us detailing your purchases and confirming when your order will be dispatched.

Generally all decorative items are dispatched within 48 hours, while commercial or industrial items will be dispatched within the timeframes listed on the product description.

Is GST Included?

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.

What are your payment options?

We accept several payment methods including Credit cards, Square merchant facilities, BPay and direct deposit. You’ll be given an option to choose the appropriate payment method when you check out.

If you choose to pay by credit card your transaction will be conducted via Square merchant facilities – just follow the credit card prompts. If you choose the manual option of payment, including direct deposit, we will provide you with further instructions via email (ie, our bank details, postal address, etc.) following completion of the ordering process.

Is your site secure?

Yes, we have taken a number of combative steps to give our online clients a safe and secure environment.

When you browse our site and most importantly when you enter sensitive information (for example: your name, email address, credit card numbers) into a form on our site we secure that information with 256 Bit SSL encryption. 256 Bit SSL encryption is the industry standard encryption technology. The easiest way to tell if the information you’re entering is secure is to look at the address bar in your browser. If the URL starts with https:// then you’re on a secure page.

Your given information for the purchase of your products, contacting us, and signing up to our e/newsletters is strictly used for the given purpose and under no circumstance sold onto third parties.

How do you ship orders within Australia and how long does it take for me to receive my order?

We use Australia Post for our deliveries with most orders shipped by Australia Post tracking system. This service can take approximately 5 working days for delivery and sometimes may requires that you sign when receiving the goods.

If you require your order urgently, orders can be dispatched by Express Post for an additional fee, which is an overnight service to many of the main centres and approximately a two day service for other areas  (see our Shipping page).

Do you accept international orders?

No, we only ship within Australia.

Opening Hours?

Generally we are open Monday to Friday, between 8am & 4pm.
