Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love the products you buy from us.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you have up 30 days from the day of your purchase to return any change of mind purchase for a refund of the price of the items. No question asked. Just make sure that the items are in its original resalable condition as received, unopened and unused.

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.

Please let us know your intention to return the item first by emailing or calling us before sending them back to us in the post so we know to look out for your parcel. You are advised to use a reliable method of postage; registered post is recommended.

Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging. If you cannot return an item ‘as new’ in its original packaging, a handling and restocking fee may apply up to 20% of the value of the item.

We have the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the order was placed more than 30 days from the day you received your parcel or if the returned item is damaged, used and/or without its original packaging.

Faulty, Lost, Damaged or Wrong Item Received

We do our best to make sure that our items are in perfect condition before dispatching them but sometimes mistakes do happen. In a rare occasion that you find that the items sent to you are wrong, faulty or damaged, please send us an email or give us a call, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery, and we will happily provide you with a free replacement or refund.

Windwerks will happily offer a full refund or exchange for products found to be faulty. We offer a 30 day warranty for faulty workmanship on windsocks and a  1 yr warranty on hardware for faulty workmanship. This applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse of the product. Please refer to the product instructions for use or display for more info.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order, or part thereof, only before an order reaches the dispatch processing stage, in this case you will receive a refund in the amount you paid for the product, including shipping. After an order, or part thereof, reaches the dispatch processing stage, cancellations or changes may not be possible. As we endeavour to send your order to you as soon as possible, which often will be within 24 hours, requests for cancellations need to be lodged as soon as practicable after ordering. Once items have shipped, you cannot cancel them.

Lost in Transit

If you suspect that your item is lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible in order for us to track the item or to lodge a report for the loss. We will try out best to retrieve the parcel or send you a replacement.
