Shipping and Delivery
Every item has a processing time. It shows the time frame it will take us to pack and send the item. For example, if a product says “Processing Time: 2 – 4 days” it means that it will take us 2 – 4 business days to get our stock ready and send it out. This does not include the delivery period when the item will reach you. The shipping time starts the day the order is dispatched and not the purchase date.
If you place an order over the weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders sent via express delivery may be sent via Auspost or any other express courier. If sent via Auspost the express delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. These areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and other metro areas excluding NT & WA. Express Post to rural and regional areas outside of the Express Post network will take longer. You may check if your area is within the Express Post network following this link.
Express Rural / Country
Express Rural / Country All orders under express country or rural will still be sent via an express delivery service however it may take much longer than express delivery but typically quicker than the standard delivery. Delivery times for most areas near a metro / CBD area is around 2-3 business days and between 5 – 8 business days for more remote areas.
We use Australia Post as our main dispatch carrier. Occasionally, we will also use Star Track, Courier Please, Fastway and other courier companies when deemed necessary. All orders are tracked unless specified.
During peak seasons like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, shipping times can vary due to the huge amounts of deliveries from Australia Post and the courier services that we engaged. You might expect some slight delay during these periods. Once the order is sent out from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any delays.
Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a reposting charge of $9.90 for parcels below 1kg. Parcel above 1kg will be quoted separately.
If we and our delivery partner have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery and handling fees incurred by us.
And yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Worldwide shipping is not available at the moment. We only deliver to Australian addresses.
